St Cecile - This is our seaside
cottage. A 2 bedroom holiday villa in the pretty seaside town
of St Cecile midway between Etaples/Le Touquet and Hardelot. It is about
45 min from Calais. The house is a 20 min walk or 10 min cycle ride from
the beach.
There are several restaurants and cafes at the beach, a boulangerie, Pizza take away and mini supermarket. The beach is a fairly quiet family resort with miles of white sand and dunes stretching to Hardelot northwards and Le Touquet south. Activities in St Cecile itself include sand karting and “tree jumping” and then all the activities at Hardelot and Le Touquet which are about 10 to 15 minutes drive away. |

The house is light and modern comprising 2 twin and 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and sleeps 8 -10. The lounge/diner has a kitchenette and opens onto a small south facing garden with a patio. The kitchen is equiped with fridge-freezer, hob,oven and dishwasher, cafetiere and toaster. The lounge has a TV and DVD player and small sofa bed. There is a bike shed with garden furniture, BBQ and 2 adult bikes which you are welcome to use. Heating
and electricity are included in the rental price , but we ask you to bring
your own linen and leave the house in a clean and tidy state ready for
the next guests. A deposit of £50 sent to the address below together
with the booking form will secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks
before departure together with a security deposit of £100 (please
send as a separate cheque which will not be cashed unless damage occurs).
On receipt of your final balance we send you a key (and directions) and
ask you to send it back to us on your return. On receipt of the key we
send you back your deposit. |
